Scott Raymond: President/Broker
The company was founded by Mr. Raymond who oversees all aspects of the company including business development, staffing, accounting, and client relations. Mr. Raymond has been in investment real estate for over 17 years as a manager, broker and investor. During this time he has personally brokered over $300M in commercial real estate transactions, procured over $100M in commercial real estate financing, founded a property management company, founded a commercial real estate brokerage company, and successfully syndicated private real estate partnerships for multi-family acquisitions. Throughout his career, Mr. Raymond has developed a depth and breadth of experience which spans the investment real estate spectrum that enables him to understand and provide services for the unique needs of investment property owners.
Mr. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Finance from California State University Northridge School of Business, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is also an active member of the California Apartment Association, and the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento.
Dan Hines: Vice President
Mr. Hines is Vice President and the co-founder of Raymond Management. He oversees the Sacramento Region and runs the general operations of the management company. He works closely with new clients during the on-boarding process, serves as a staff trainer, and is the acting general manager. Licensed by the California BRE since 2006. He also acts as the firm’s in-house agent on single family sales providing consulting to our clients and representing clients on purchases and sales. During this time, he has developed an extensive set of skills in property management, acquisitions, residential brokerage, and is responsible for the development of Raymond Management’s operational systems. His ten year career of managing and selling of real estate, in addition to being raised in Sacramento, gives him a tremendous understanding of the Sacramento Area & market.
Yvette Ferriera: Accounting Manager
Ms. Ferreira has been with the company since 2014. She handles the Trust Accounting for our clients’ properties.
Cheryl Lemons: Accounting – Payables
Brad Norgart: Director of Maintenance
Mr. Norgart joined the company in 2015 as a Property Manager. Brad oversees the daily operations of multiple assets within the Sacramento Metro area. Brad has worked in Real Estate since 2001 with a successful background in renovations, asset management, acquisitions, capital improvements, leasing, and tenant relations. Brad graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications.
Michael Peters: Regional Manager
Mr. Peters has been with the company for over three years, first as a Onsite Manager at one of our larger communities until recently as one of our Property Managers. Mr. Peters has extensive property management experience.
Sarah Franklin: Regional Manager
Cindy Brilla: Regional Manager
The company employs, on a property by property basis and when needed, qualified onsite management personnel who provide valuable onsite duties at the property. These onsites are further supported by our property management team and our maintenance department.
The company employs a team of dedicated, skilled and reliable maintenance personnel that handle the bulk of the maintenance and repairs, and unit turnover needs of our clients properties. These personnel are all covered by workers comp insurance and attend regular training, safety and tenant relations workshops. The company contracts with a number of skilled plumbers, electricians, and other trades people to handle scopes of work beyond our in house capabilities.
The company has relationships with a number of attorneys throughout its service area who specialize in evictions and other tenant related matters, as well as landlord protection.
