Effectively managing property can be difficult and challenging on the best of days. Every property has its own strengths and weaknesses, and every owner has their own idea about how their property should be operated. Raymond Management seeks to work with a select group of owners where there is a common understanding and set of shared values that translate into how the property should be managed. This specifically translates into such things as the quality with which the property is maintained, how tenants are treated, how deferred maintenance and capital improvements are budgeted for and dealt with, tenant screening, vendor management, and so on. We are looking for that “Right Fit” between our company and our clients.
